About the app: Imilk - Passbook App allows dairy customers to view their bills/statements (PDF) and notices provided by their dairy/owner. The app does not allow public sign-up; login credentials are provided by the dairy/owner.

Information we collect: We collect only what is required to provide the app features, such as Owner Mobile Number, Customer ID (KNO), and Password for authentication. We also fetch your related content (bills/statements PDFs and notices) from the dairy system.

How we use information: To authenticate users, display bills/statements (PDF), display notices, provide support, and improve app stability.

Sharing: We do not sell your personal information and we do not show ads. If you use the device share option to share a bill PDF (WhatsApp/email/etc.), the privacy policy of that third-party app applies.

Security: We use reasonable safeguards to protect data. If your app/server uses HTTPS, data is encrypted in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Data deletion request: Users can request deletion of their account/data by contacting support: [email protected]. The dairy/owner can delete customer access via the IMilk (owner) app.
